While the lower section near BTS Phra Khanong is heavily pedestrianized with commuters, traveling deeper down the soi usually relies on local motorbike taxis or songthaews (shared minibuses).
Noise levels range from moderate to high during daytime hours due to steady cross-traffic connecting traffic between Sukhumvit and Rama IX/Phetchaburi zones. However, stepping into the residential sub-sois (Pridi lanes) uncovers quieter pockets favored by long-term expats and locals.
